This Privacy Policy explains how this application handles information when you use it. It is intended for applications that store data on the device and provide manual iCloud backup and restore. Please read it before using the application.

1. Information collection and use

This application does not operate a developer server and does not collect personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or sale. It does not collect your name, phone number, email address, location, device usage history, or advertising identifier.

Content that you create in the application, such as records, text, user-entered information, files, images, and settings, is used only to provide the application's features.

2. Local storage

By default, application data is stored locally on your device. The developer cannot access, view, or restore this local data.

If you delete the application, its local data on that device may be removed. Please create a manual iCloud backup before deleting the application if you want to keep a copy.

3. Manual iCloud backup and restore

This application may offer an optional, manual iCloud backup and restore feature. The feature is used only when you choose it in the application's settings or backup screen; it does not run automatically.

When you choose to create a backup, the application copies the data supported by its backup feature to the iCloud Drive container associated with the application and your Apple Account. Depending on the application's features, this can include:

• Records, dates, text, and other information that you enter
• Files, images, or attachments that you choose to save in the application
• Settings and other data required to preserve your application content
• Backup metadata needed to verify that a backup is complete

The backup is sent directly between your device and Apple's iCloud service. The developer does not receive, operate, or have access to this backup data. Apple handles iCloud data according to its own privacy policy and your iCloud settings.

When you choose to restore, the application downloads the backup associated with the same Apple Account. Restoring may replace the application's existing local data on that device. Read the in-app confirmation notice before continuing. Restoration does not automatically run when you install or open the application.

Manual iCloud backups may remain in your iCloud storage after you delete the application. You can manage iCloud storage through Apple and your device settings. Availability of backup and restore depends on being signed in to iCloud, having iCloud Drive enabled, network availability, and sufficient iCloud storage.

4. System permissions

This application requests only the system permissions needed for features you choose to use. For example, if the application provides camera capture or a system photo picker, it uses those features only after your action. The application imports only the items that you select through a system picker; it does not browse unrelated content in your library.

You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

5. Purchases

If this application offers In-App Purchases, product information, payment processing, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Purchase results are used only to provide the purchased features in the application.

6. Third-party services, advertising, and tracking

This policy is intended for applications that do not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or advertising tracking. The optional services involved in iCloud backup and In-App Purchases are provided by Apple as described above.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application's data practices change. The updated policy will be published with the application or on its support page. Continued use of the application after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

3. iCloud 手动备份与恢复

本应用可能提供可选的 iCloud 手动备份与恢复功能。只有当您在应用的设置或备份页面主动使用该功能时，应用才会进行备份或恢复；该功能不会自动运行。

当您选择创建备份时，应用会将其备份功能所支持的数据复制到与应用及您的 Apple 账户关联的 iCloud Drive 容器中。根据应用的具体功能，数据可能包括：

• 记录、日期、文字及您填写的其他信息
• 您选择保存在应用中的文件、图片或附件
• 用于保留应用内容的设置及其他数据

4. 系统权限说明

本应用仅会在您主动使用相应功能时申请必要的系统权限。例如，当应用提供相机拍摄或系统照片选择器时，只有在您主动操作后才会使用相应功能。应用只会导入您通过系统选择器选中的项目，不会浏览资料库中与您选择无关的内容。

您可以随时在 iOS“设置”中管理相关权限。

5. 内购

如本应用提供 App 内购买，商品信息、支付处理和购买恢复均由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 与 App Store 处理。开发者不会接收您的银行卡或其他付款信息。购买结果仅用于在应用内提供已购买的功能。

6. 第三方服务、广告与追踪

本政策适用于不包含第三方广告 SDK、第三方统计分析 SDK 或广告追踪的应用。iCloud 备份与 App 内购买所涉及的可选服务均由 Apple 按上述方式提供。

7. 政策更新

当应用的数据处理方式发生变化时，我们可能更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策会随应用版本或通过应用支持页面发布。继续使用应用，即表示您知悉更新后的政策。
